J. Robert S. Prichard is a lawyer, non-executive Chairman of Torys LLP, Director of Onex Corporation, Wittington Investments Limited, Chair of VIA HFR, and Vice Chair of the Rideau Hall Foundation. He is the former Chair of BMO Financial Group, Director of George Weston Limited and Barrick Gold Corporation, and Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Hospital for Sick Children. Mr. Prichard is also the President Emeritus of the University of Toronto. He taught law at the University of Toronto, Yale University and Harvard University and served as Dean of Law from 1984 to 1990 and President from 1990 to 2000 at the University of Toronto. Mr. Prichard subsequently served as President and CEO of Torstar Corporation and of Metrolinx, before serving as Chair of Metrolinx from 2010 to 2018. He is an Officer of the Order of Canada, a Member of the Order of Ontario, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He attended Swarthmore College, the University of Chicago (MBA), the University of Toronto (LLB) and Yale University (LLM).

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. He is also a Director of the World Gold Council. In 2023, Mr. McCluskey received the Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Mr. Christopher has over 40 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry, spending the majority of his career with Teck Resources Limited before retiring in 2024. Mr. Christopher held a number of management, commercial and technical positions in Teck Resources Limited’s Exploration, Corporate Development and Project Groups. Prior to moving into his senior leadership roles at Teck Resources Limited, he spent over a decade on commercial and corporate development activities, including major evaluations, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic initiatives. Mr. Christopher is a Director of ASX-listed BMC Minerals Ltd., where he is the Chair of the Technical Committee and member of the Audit Committee, a former director of Horizonte Minerals Plc, the Association of Mineral Exploration BC, and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, where he served as President from 2021 to 2023. He is a member of the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and possesses an Honours B.Sc. in Geology from McMaster University and an Environmental Biology Technology diploma from Canadore College.

Ms. Ellingham is a Mining Executive and geologist with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, corporate development, investor relations and senior management for mining companies. She also spent eight years with the Toronto Stock Exchange, from 1997 to 2005, in a number of capacities, including National Leader of Mining. She has held senior management roles at IAMGOLD Inc. and Richmont Mines Inc. and currently serves as Executive Chair, President and CEO of Omai Gold Mines Corp. For fifteen years, she consulted to international mining companies and private equity funds, evaluating and executing corporate transactions and assisting in going-public transactions. Her former Directorships include Wallbridge Mining Company Ltd, Aurania Resources Ltd, Almaden Minerals Ltd, and Richmont Mines Inc., (acquired by Alamos in 2017). Ms. Ellingham holds a Master of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and is a Professional Geoscientist. Ms. Ellingham has been a Director of Alamos since May 7, 2018.

David Fleck has more than 35 years of capital markets experience including previously serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Capital Markets Ltd., Co-Head Equity Products and Executive Managing Director of the BMO Financial Group, and President of Mapleridge Capital Corp. He is a former Partner and Senior Vice President of Delaney Capital Management and is currently a Principal at First Avenue Investment Counsel. Mr. Fleck is Vice Chair of Soulpepper Theatre’s Advisory Committee, a member of the Foundation Board for the Art Gallery of Ontario and a member of the Board of Governors at the ROM. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from INSEAD School of Business. Mr. Fleck also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Tony Giardini brings more than 40 years of financial and senior leadership experience in the mining sector. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy Metals Inc.. Mr. Giardini previously served as President of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. from May 2019 to March 2020 and was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation from December 2012 to April 2019. He was Chief Financial Officer of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. from May 2006 to April 2012. Mr. Giardini also spent more than 10 years with Placer Dome Inc. as Vice President and Treasurer. Before joining Placer Dome, Mr. Giardini spent 12 years with the accounting firm KPMG. Mr. Giardini holds a degree in Business and Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, and Chartered Business Valuator.

Claire Kennedy is a corporate director and former Managing Partner of Bennett Jones LLP, where she was also a senior tax partner. She is a director of Constellation Software Inc. and a member of its Audit Committee and is also a Trustee of the National Gallery of Canada. Ms. Kennedy served on the board of the Bank of Canada from 2012 to 2025 and was Lead Director from 2018 to 2025. She served on the board of Neo Performance Materials Inc. from 2017 and as Chair from 2020 until her retirement from the board in June 2025. She was formerly a director of predecessor company, Neo Material Technologies Inc. Ms. Kennedy is a member of the Dean's Advisory Committee at Rotman School of Management and is co-Chair of the University of Toronto's Defy Gravity campaign. She was a government appointee to the University of Toronto's Governing Council from 2012-2021 and served as Chair from 2017 until the conclusion of her term. Ms. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto and a law degree from Queen’s University. She has completed the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business Advanced Management Program and the Making Corporate Boards More Effective program at Harvard Business School. Ms. Kennedy also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, is a Professional Engineer in Ontario, and was awarded an honorary LL.D. by the University of Toronto.

Ms. Martineau is the Chief Executive Officer of the Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation, a globally leading crown corporation dedicated to supporting Indigenous economic investment in large scale infrastructure through loan guarantees and capacity grant funding. Prior to leading the AIOC, Ms. Martineau was a vice president with Canadian Western Bank (acquired by National Bank Financial Group in 2025) and spent more than a decade with Ernst & Young LLP. Currently she is a director of Cenovus Energy Inc. She is a recognized leader and speaker on Indigenous reconciliation. Ms. Martineau holds a degree in Economics from the University of Alberta and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Ms. Martineau is a proud member of Frog Lake First Nation.

Mr. McCreary has over 40 years of experience in the resource sector, both as a principal in executive and board roles with various companies, as well as a financial advisor in investment banking. Mr. McCreary started his career with Gulf Canada as an exploration geophysicist, later working with the Noranda-Falconbridge Group in engineering, technology development, and metals marketing; and later, as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development with Barrick. His most recent investment banking role was Deputy Chair Investment Banking at TD Securities, and prior, Head of CIBC’s Global Mining Investment Banking Group. During his career, Mr. McCreary has acted as principal or lead financial advisor in some of the largest marquee transactions in the mining sector. Currently he is a director of ATEX Resources Inc. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from McGill University, and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geological Engineering from Queen’s University.

Monique Mercier is a corporate director and Senior Advisor with the law firm Bennett Jones. She retired in December 2018 from TELUS Corporation, where she was Executive Vice-President, Corporate Affairs, Chief Legal and Governance Officer since 2014. Ms. Mercier has been a senior executive in the telecom, health and information industry for most of her career, including two decades at TELUS and Emergis where she led a number of corporate functions, including human resources, government and media relations, regulatory and sustainability. Ms. Mercier is a graduate from the University of Montreal and Oxford University, where she was awarded the Commonwealth Scholarship. She is currently Chair of Innergex Renewable Energy Inc., TMX Group and Thoracic Surgery Research Foundation of Montreal. Ms. Mercier was formerly a Director of the Bank of Canada, Stornoway Diamond Corporation, iA Financial Corporation Inc., and the Canadian Cancer Research Society. She has received numerous awards including the 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award at the annual Canadian General Counsel Awards ceremony.

Shaun Usmar is an international mining executive with over 30 years of global experience in operational, financial, and executive leadership roles across some of the world’s largest mining companies and since October, 2024 is the is the Chief Executive Officer of Vale Base Metals. He was recognized as 2025 ‘Mining Leader of the Year’ by Resourcing Tomorrow. Previously Mr. Usmar served in senior leadership roles at Barrick Gold, Xstrata, BHP Billiton, and most recently was the founder and CEO of Triple Flag Precious Metals, a role that he held for eight years. He has served as a director on several boards, including Peabody Energy, Triple Flag and the World Gold Council. Since 2010, Mr. Usmar has worked as a senior volunteer with Make-A-Wish Canada, serving as National Board Chair until early 2026. Mr. Usmar holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Greg Fisher joined Alamos Gold in 2010 and was appointed to Chief Financial Officer in 2023, after most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance. He has close to 20 years of progressive experience in the mining sector, including as Senior Manager at KPMG, serving mining clients in the firm’s audit practice. Mr. Fisher is responsible for regulatory financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning and compliance, and maintenance of the Company's internal control environment. Mr. Fisher is an Alternate Director of the World Gold Council. He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and holds a CPA, CA designation.

Chris Bostwick has over 30 years of experience in the global mining industry, including 19 years with Barrick Gold. Mr. Bostwick is currently Vice President of Technical Services, a position he has held since 2015, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Technical Services at AuRico Gold. Prior to AuRico, Mr. Bostwick had been seconded from Barrick to Highland Gold Mining, where he led the Capital Projects and Technical Services groups. Prior to that, he was Barrick Gold's Director of Evaluations and Capital Projects. Mr. Bostwick also spent nine years at Barrick’s flagship Goldstrike operation in Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Luis Chavez has over 35 years of experience in the global mining industry. Dr. Chavez is Senior Vice President, Mexico and has served in that capacity since 2015, when he held a similar position with AuRico Gold since 2007. Previously, he served as Energy and Mines Director, Coahuila State from 2001 to 2006, and was also General Director of the Mexican Geological Survey from 1994 to 2000. Dr. Chavez is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Mines and former President of the Mexican Mining Association (1996). He holds a PhD in Mineral Economics (1982) from the University of Arizona, a Master of Science degree in Geology (1978) from Penn State University, and a Business Administration degree (1989) from the Pan-American Business Institute in Monterrey, Mexico.

John Fitzgerald has more than 30 years of global experience in progressive engineering and management positions. Mr. Fitzgerald joined Alamos in 2021 as Vice President, Projects. Prior to joining Alamos, he was Vice President, Projects & Technical Services at Centerra Gold. Previously, he also served as Chief Operating Officer at AuRico Metals and Senior Director of Mining at AuRico Gold (and predecessor Northgate Minerals) where he oversaw mining and project development activities, including advancing the early work on the Lynn Lake Project. Mr. Fitzgerald also held various positions with Rio Tinto, Barrick Gold, Placer Dome and De Beers. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from Nottingham University and a Master of Business Administration from Durham University. Mr. Fitzgerald is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Scott Parsons joined Alamos Gold in 2013 and was appointed Vice President of Investor Relations in 2015, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations in 2024. Mr. Parsons has more than 20 years of capital markets, finance and investor relations experience in progressive roles, primarily in the mining industry. Prior to joining Alamos Gold, Mr. Parsons was an Equity Research Associate and Analyst in the mining group at TD Securities. He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University and is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Parsons also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI).

Scott Parsons has over 19 years of experience in progressively senior exploration roles. Mr. Parsons joined Alamos in 2018 and was appointed Vice President, Exploration in 2020. Prior to joining Alamos, he was Manager of Regional Exploration and Geoscience at TMAC Resources where he was responsible for resource expansion and regional exploration at the Hope Bay Project in Nunavut. Previously, Mr. Parsons served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Northern Superior Resources Inc., and as Exploration Geologist and later Project Geologist, Resource Development & Long-Range Planning at BHP Billiton. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University. Mr. Parsons is a registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario and is a member of the Board of Directors and Second Vice President of the PDAC.

Adrian Paulse has 30 years experience in the mining industry incorporating several senior leadership positions while working in different countries. He has a strong track record of success across strategic enterprise solutions including automating business entities and creating and integrating technology solutions to solve real business issues. In 2008 Mr. Paulse won the award for the most innovative mining technology project across the Asia/Middle East/Africa region. In a subsequent role, he was the principle technology lead for the delivery of a turnkey autonomous mining facility. Mr. Paulse holds an MBA from Smith School of Business (Queens University); Executive programs in Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Digital Transformation (Cornell University, USA); Executive Management Accreditation from Wits University/Anglo Maccauvlei and an Honours Bachelor degree in Commerce and Business Computing (University of South Africa). In addition to his technology qualifications, he is also a fully accredited CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and Project Manager.

David Barrett was appointed Vice President, Sustainability in 2026. Mr. Barrett has nearly 20 years of experience in sustainability, ESG strategy, climate change, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability reporting within the global mining sector. He joined Alamos Gold in 2019 and is responsible for the Company's sustainability strategy, ESG governance, climate initiatives, and sustainability reporting, while supporting community and Indigenous engagement programs across its operations. Prior to joining Alamos, Mr. Barrett served as Manager, Sustainability at Eldorado Gold Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held sustainability leadership and advisory roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and EY, supporting mining and industrial companies across Canada and Australia. Mr. Barrett holds a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University and Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Queensland.

Dave Bucar has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry in environment, reclamation, projects, and operations. Mr. Bucar joined Alamos Gold as Director, Environmental Sustainability in 2021 and promoted to Vice President, Environment and Permitting in 2026. He is responsible for leading the development and implementation of environmental management, permitting, regulatory affairs, and compliance strategies to support operational performance and long-term business growth. He will also oversee all environmental assessment, permitting, and regulatory approval activities associated with development projects, mine expansions, and operating assets. Prior to joining Alamos, he served as Director of Reclamation and Closure at Newmont and Goldcorp, where he was responsible for oversight for over 20 legacy assets, including full reclamation of several closed mines and the ongoing monitoring, care and maintenance of additional sites. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bucar held progressively senior environmental, project and operational roles with Kinross, Placer Dome and Goldcorp at its Timmins operations. Mr. Bucar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Queens University and a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Queens University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

James Clark has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry in operations leadership, project development, corporate strategy, and technical services. Mr. Clark joined Alamos Gold as Vice President, Canadian Operations in 2026 and is responsible for providing strategic, operational, and technical leadership across the Company’s Canadian operations. Prior to joining Alamos, he served as Head of Mining, North America at Barrick Gold, where he focused on operational optimization and capital allocation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Clark held progressively senior technical and corporate development roles with National Bank Financial, Coeur Mining, De Beers Group, and Dynatec Mining Services. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining Engineering from Laurentian University. He also holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Marcelo Martinez has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry in operations management, project development, and metallurgical processing. Mr. Martinez was appointed Vice President, Mexico Operations in 2026 and is responsible for providing strategic, operational, and technical leadership across Alamos Gold’s operations and development projects in Mexico. Prior to his appointment, he served as General Manager, Mulatos District, where he oversaw all aspects of mine-site operations. Mr. Martinez joined AuRico Gold (a predecessor company to Alamos Gold) in 2012 as Processing Manager for the El Chanate mine and was later appointed Project Manager for Mulatos, where he led the construction and commissioning of La Yaqui Phase 1, Cerro Pelon, and La Yaqui Grande. Prior to joining the Company, he held operational and project development roles with Agnico Eagle and Goldcorp. Mr. Martinez holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Metallurgy from the University of Sonora.

Ward Sellers has been practicing law for over 35 years and has a proven track record of aligning legal strategy and execution with business objectives to deliver successful outcomes. Over the span of his career, Mr. Sellers has focussed on legal strategy and execution, managing securities, governance, litigation, joint ventures and M&A. He has diverse experience in a global context and specifically in mining, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Sherritt International Corporation, and prior to that held roles at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Mr. Sellers has a law degree from the University of Toronto and a Commerce Degree from McGill University.

Lynsey Sherry joined Alamos in 2023 and was appointed to the role of Vice President, Finance. Dr. Sherry has held several senior level finance positions, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Fury Gold Mines. Previously, Dr. Sherry spent eight years with Goldcorp, in a variety of roles, including as Vice President, Controller and was also an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP in the London and Vancouver offices, where Dr. Sherry was part of the mining audit and assurance practice. Dr. Sherry holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Nottingham, has completed a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of Manchester, and holds a Fellow Chartered Accountant designation with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Grace Tang joined Alamos in 2015 and was appointed to the role of Vice President, Treasurer in 2022. Ms. Tang has over 20 years of progressive experience in the mining sector, and prior to Alamos she served in various positions at Barrick Gold for over ten years. Grace manages Alamos’ treasury functions, including cash management, reporting and financial risk management, and supports the Company with continuous improvement initiatives. Ms. Tang holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Chartered Accountancy Studies and Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. She holds a CPA, CA and a CPA (Illinois) designation.

Rebecca Thompson is Vice President of Public Affairs and was appointed to this position in 2019. Ms. Thompson has over 20 years of public and private sector experience in media, strategic communications planning, and government relations. Previously, she worked as a Director for Nieuport Aviation Infrastructure Partners, overseeing communications, marketing, government relations and sustainable development strategies. Prior to that, Ms. Thompson served as a senior aide to Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper and several Cabinet Ministers, overseeing government and stakeholder communications, advertising, media and social media strategies, and managing crisis communications. She also worked for several years as a television news reporter and political commentator for a national broadcaster. Ms. Thompson holds a degree in Political Science from Western University and is a member of the Conference Board of Canada’s Corporate-Indigenous Relations Council.
