On March 27, 2024 Alamos Gold and Argonaut Gold announced that they had entered into a definitive agreement whereby Alamos would acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Argonaut. The acquisition closed on July 12, 2024. The form below provides tax information that effects the US federal income tax basis of former holders of the securities.
