James McDonald has over 25 years of experience with mining exploration projects. He began his career as a geologist with Noranda and has since held executive roles with numerous mining corporations. He most recently served as Director of Amador Gold Corp. and Golden Chalice Resources Inc., as well as President and CEO of Genco Resources Ltd. He currently serves as the President and CEO of Kootenay Gold Inc. Jim joined Alamos’ Board of Directors in 2003 when Alamos Minerals and National Gold merged to form Alamos Gold.
