Of course, our first value leads directly to this one. With quality people in place, it’s important to cultivate an environment of mutual respect and trust at both the regional and global levels. Anyone who has been to our Mulatos Mine has witnessed the teamwork that makes it the standard by which our other project sites will be judged.

We are in business to create value for our shareholders, but not at all costs. You’ll see the phrase ‘doing the right thing’ several times throughout this site. We take these words seriously.
